Looking for Wonders

Travel isn't about ticking boxes. It's about those moments that make you stop, look, and smile.

What Inspired Us

The experiences we talked about along the way, and at home too.

And Sometimes It's Disappointing

And that's part of travel too.

Wildlife doesn't appear on demand. Not every famous destination becomes a highlight. That's why we also share the experiences that didn't quite live up to our expectations, because those moments are just as much a part of the journey.

Four Travellers. One Curiosity.

Our favourite trips aren’t necessarily the ones where everything goes according to plan. They are the trips that, years later, still make us turn to each other and say: “Remember that?” That’s exactly what we collect on this website: those moments.

We are a family of four who have been travelling the world together for years. South Africa. Namibia. Vietnam. Canada. And places much closer to home.

As the children have grown older, our travels have changed with them. Less focused on everything we are “supposed to see”. More focused on finding the things we want to experience together. That usually takes us outdoors.

Hiking through a landscape that feels much bigger than we are. Kayaking or canoeing. Looking for wildlife. Discovering a place that surprises us.
